Head of Strategy & Business Excellence Europe Region

In this role you will drive the future strategic directions on Europe Region and create a transformational vision and execution plan for meaningful long-term success.

Your role:

• Drive Europe Region strategy development and support execution.

• Review and recommend improvements to existing business strategies.

• Identification of market portfolio gaps and inorganic growth opportunities.

• Recommend improvements based on market and competitive trends.

• Perform root cause analysis of potential problems and provide effective resolutions.

• Collaborate with various departments to collect business data to complete timely analysis.

• Manage and improve the operating cadence of the Europe Region Leadership team to enable effective decision making, program management and initiative implementation.

• Manage and drive the MT agenda and actions.

• Drive the Business Excellence strategy and execution plan, based on Europe Region strategic priorities.

• Identify, drive and execute improvement projects.

• Manage diverse and multiple stakeholders on top management level within Europe Region and in parallel interact with International Region and the businesses.

• Head of Strategy & Business Excellence Europe Region has a solid reporting line to the Leader Europe Region.

You're the right fit if:

• You have a master’s degree or a PhD with > 10 years of related experience (preferably in Strategy, Finance, M&A).

• You have acquired 10+ years of working experience in healthcare and/or high-tech industries and demonstrated impact in prior roles especially in complex stakeholder setups.

• Your skills include strategic insight, problem structuring and solving, project management, excellent communication skills, stakeholder management and strong business sense.

• You are able to travel frequently.
