This is an opportunity for a senior M&A professional who thrives in the thick of live transactions. This individual will take command of deal execution for an acquisitive software business running a UK and Americas-led inorganic growth agenda.

You’ll be the engine room of the deal process - keeping transactions moving, ensuring diligence runs smoothly, models stack up, advisers are aligned, and leadership stays one step ahead. From LOI through to completion and integration handover, you’ll be the one pulling the threads together and driving deals over the line.

The role demands enjoyment of working under pressure, a sharp eye for detail, and the confidence to stand toe-to-toe with internal and external stakeholders who move at pace.

You’ll bring deep execution experience in in-house M&A, and the technical toolkit to build and communicate complex financials, to keep stakeholders on course.

This is a role for someone who wants to deliver deals - if you have led transactions in both the UK and US and know how to operate at pace inside an ambitious, acquisitive organisation, this interim mandate offers a lot to sink one's teeth into.
